Calypso Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 cn (12 oz.) drained Mexicorn
- 1/2 c Finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c Black sliced olives
- 2 tb White vinegar
- 4 ts Prepared mustard
- Salt; to taste
- 4 c Cabbage; shredded
- 1/4 c Sharp Cheddar cheese; cubed
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 2 tb White sugar
- 1/4 ts Celery seed
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together and let stand at least 30 minutes before
serving. Serves 6-8.
