Cannoli Siciliani

Ingredients:
- 1 pn Ricotta cheese
- 7 oz Sugar
- 1/3 c Candied fruit, small dice
- 1/3 c Miniature chocolate chips
- 1 tb Grand Marnier
- 1 ts Vanilla extract
- 20 Cannoli shells
- Powdered sugar
Instructions:
Mix ricotta cheese and sugar together with whip. Fold in remaining
ingredients. Place in plastic, disposable pastry bag and refrigerate at
least 2 hours before piping into shells. Fill shells only at time of
service (shells filled ahead of time will become soggy). Dust with powdered
sugar before serving.
