1. Cook linguini until desired doneness
2. Meanwhile, place cottage cheese, skim milk and parmesan cheese in
electric blender or food processor. Whirl until smooth.
3. Toss linguini with sauce in serving bowl. Season with pepper and serve
at once.

1/2 c Low fat cottage cheese
1 tb Skim milk
1 tb Grated parmesan cheese
Coarsely ground pepper
