Caribbean Bananas

Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Butter
- 4 md Bananas
- 1/3 c Brown sugar
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1/2 ts Ground allspice
- 1/4 c Light rum
Instructions:
Place butter in square baking dish. Heat at 350* until melted; rotate dish
to coat bottom. Cut bananas crosswise into halves; cut each half lengthwise
into halves. Place cut side down in baking dish. Mix brown sugar, lemon
juice and allspice; drizzle over butter. Bake uncovered 15 min. Heat rum
until warm; ignite and pour over bananas.
