Carrot and Raisin Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 lb Carrots
- 1 c Crushed pineapple; drained
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 1/2 c Powdered sugar
- 1 c Raisins, soaked in water 30
- -min. to plump; then drained
Instructions:
Peel carrots; remove tip and root end. Shred, using a large-holed cheese
grater or a potato peeler. Combine with remaining ingredients and
refrigerate until serving.
