Carrot and Raisin Slaw

Ingredients:
- 3/4 c Mayonnaise
- 1 tb Dijon Mustard; Grainy Type
- 2 tb Shallots; Chopped
- 1 ts Lemon Juice
- 3 c Carrots; Grated, Packed
- 1/2 c Raisins
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/8 ts Pepper
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise with mustard, shallots, and lemon juice.
Stir in carrots and raisins and season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate at
least 10 minutes to blend flavors. Yield: 4 Typed in MMFormat by
