Catalina Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c Ketchup
- 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
- 1/4 c Onion; finely chopped
- 3 tb Sugar
- 2 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 pk (10-oz) spinach; torn
- 2 lg Tomatoes; diced
- 2 cn (8-oz) sliced water
- -chestnuts
- 2 c Chow mein noodles
- 2 Hard-boiled eggs; chopped
- 12 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled

Recipe By : TASTE OF HOME - OCT/NOV 95 Combine the first seven ingredients
in a jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well. Combine remaining ingredients
in a large salad bowl; add dressing and toss. Serve immediately. Yield: 6-8
servings
