Amaranth Bread

Ingredients:

- 1 ts Yeast
- 2 tb Nonfat dry milk
- 1 2/3 c Bread flour
- 1/3 c Amaranth flour
- 2/3 ts Salt
- 1/2 tb Honey
- 2 tb Margarine
- 7/8 c Water
Instructions:

1 1/2 ts Yeast
3 tb Nonfat dry milk
2 1/2 c Bread flour
1/2 c Amaranth flour
1 ts Salt
2 ts Honey
3 tb Margarine
1 c Plus
2 tb Water
For all recipes, load ingredients into breadmachine pan according to
manufacturer's directions. Bake on white bread setting unless otherwise
indicated. "Yeast" refers to active dry yeast. Delayed timer mode okay.
