This is one of the recipes from the DAK book that really come out good. I
am sending it for the benifit of those without the book. I have made this
in my Welbilt and my sisters Hitachi, both with excellent results.
3 c Bread flour
1/4 c Dry milk powder
1 tb Butter
1 ts Salt
2 tb Sugar
1 1/4 c Warm water
2 c Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
