Cheese Mold

Ingredients:
- 1 tb Unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c Cold water
- 1/4 c Boiling water
- 6 pk (small) cream cheese;
- -softened
- 3 Ribs celery; finely chopped
- 1 tb Finely grated onion
- 3 tb Catsup
- 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 pt Whipped cream
- 2 Stuffed green olives; sliced
- 1/2 ts Salt
Instructions:
Soak gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Grease ring mold
well. Put olives around bottom of mold & set aside. Mix cream cheese,
celery, catsup & Worcestershire. Add salt. Mix cheese with above
ingredients until smooth (no lumps). Fold in whipped cream. Place cheese
mixture carefully over olives in bottom of ring mold. Place in refrigerator
until firm.
