Ingredients:
- 3 lb Medium ground pork butt
- 2 lb Medium ground veal
- 1 tb Salt
- 1 tb Pepper
- 1 ts Ground Nutmeg
- 1 ts Ground cloves
- 1 ts Ground mace
- 1 ts Ground sage
- 1/2 c Fine, dry bread crumbs
- 1 c Water
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and stuff into sheep casing or make into
