American Farm Style Sausage #2

Ingredients:

5 lb Medium ground pork butt
1 ts Cayenne
1 tb Thyme
5 ts Salt
5 ts Black pepper
1 c Cold water

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into sheep casing.
