- 5 lb Medium ground pork butt
- 1 ts Cayenne
- 1 tb Thyme
- 5 ts Salt
- 5 ts Black pepper
- 1 c Cold water
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into sheep casing.
