American Pumpernickel Bread

- 3 tb Cornmeal
- 2 tb Dry milk powder
- 1 tb Oil
- 1 1/2 tb Honey
- 1 ts Caraway seed
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Caramel color or gravy
- -browning sauce
- 3/4 c Plus
- 2 tb Water

2 1/4 c Bread flour
1 c Rye flour
1/4 c Cornmeal
3 tb Dry milk powder
1 1/2 tb Oil
2 tb Honey
1 1/2 ts Caraway seed
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 ts Caramel color or gravy
-browning sauce
1 1/4 c Water

From "The Best Bread Machine Cookbook Ever", R. Banghart Place all
ingredients in bread machine in order suggested by manufacturer. Process on
basic or white bread cycle.
