Cherry Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 pk (3-oz) cherry-flavored
- -gelatin
- 1 c Boiling water
- 1 cn (17-oz) pitted Bing
- -cherries; drained
- 1 c Commercial sour cream
- 1/4 c Chopped pecans
Instructions:
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cherry juice. Chill until
gelatin becomes syrupy. Stir in sour cream and blend thoroughly. Add
cherries and nuts. Chill until firm. Yield: 6 servings.
