Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder and flour. Dredge 3 or four chicken
breasts in this mixture. Saute in butter until brown. Place in baking dish.
Combine juice of 2 small cans of mandarine oranges, sauterne wine and
oranges from one can. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Pour
second can of oranges over chicken and bake for 10 more minutes.
4 Chicken breasts; skinned
-and boned
1 1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1/3 c Flour
Butter
2 Small cans mandarin oranges
-in juice
1/2 c Sauterne wine
