Chinese Barbeque Sauce

- 3/4 c Catsup
- 1/2 c Brown sugar
- 3 tb Soy sauce
- 1 tb Ground ginger
- 1 tb Liquid smoke
- 2 x Cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and heat until sugar is dissolved and bubbly.
