heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole. 2. Heat uncovered, in Microwave
Oven 4 minutes or until mixture boils. 3. Add milk. 4. Stir in potato
flakes with a fork. 5. Stir in remaining ingredients until well blended. 6.
Heat uncovered, in Microwave Oven 3 minutes or until heated through.

1/2 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
3 tb Butter or margarine
1/2 c Milk or light cream
1 1/2 c Instant mashed potato flakes
1/3 c Sour cream
1/4 c Finely chopped parsley
3 tb Freeze-dried chives
1 Egg, slightly beaten
