Combine dry ingredients. Mix wet ingredients in separate container, then
mix quickly. You may need to add more milk to get the right consistency. I
sprinkled the tops of the muffins with sugar to make this more of a
dessert. This is a heavier, denser muffin. Bake at 400 for about 20
minutes.
