Chocolate Pot De Creme

Ingredients:
- 1 pk (6-oz) semi-sweet chocolate
- -bits
- 1 Egg
- 2 tb Sugar
- 2 tb Brandy or bourbon
- 1 ts Vanilla
- 3/4 c Scalded milk
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend for 2 minutes at high speed. Pour
into cups. Refrigerate for 12 hours or more. Serves 6. Do not make more
than one recipe at a time.
