Cinnamon Meringue Tarts

Ingredients:
- 3 Egg whites; at room
- -temperature
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Cream of tartar
- 1/2 ts Cinnamon
- 3/4 c Sugar
Instructions:
Beat egg whites until frothy with cream of tartar and salt. Add sugar and
cinnamon and beat until very stiff. Shape into tarts on a cookie sheet that
has been covered with foil. Bake at 275ø for 1 hour. Turn oven off and let
cool in oven for another hour. May be stored in a tin for weeks. Serve
with a scoop of ice cream topped with Grand Marnier sauce or chocolate
sauce. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
