Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place chicken in pan. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and
mix well. Rub mixture evenly over chicken. Bake 60 to 90 minutes until
chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

1 sm Onion; minced
2 ts Sugar
2 ts Dried thyme
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground nutmeg
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
