Brown meat with onions, bell pepper and garlic. In a large casserole add
tomatoes, corn and mushrooms plus 1/4 can of water for each of cans used.
Add all the other ingredients and mix well, best to get in with your hands.
Cook for 2 hours at 325 degrees; stir often. Serves 10.
