Dissolve bouillon cubes & gelatin in boiling water. Add vinegar & salt.
Chill until mixture is partially set. Add sour cream; beat until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients & pour into a 3-cup mold. Chill until mixture is
firm. Serves 6.

1 pk (3-oz) lemon gelatin
1 c Boiling water
2 tb Tarragon vinegar
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Sour cream
1/2 c Chopped cucumber; unpeeled
1/4 c Green pepper; finely chopped
1/4 c Sliced radishes
2 tb Sliced green onions
6 Servings
