Apple Coleslaw

- -refridgerator
- 2 ts Sugar
- 1 ts Prepared horseradish
- 1 ts Prepared mustard
- 1/8 ts Salt
- 1 ds Pepper
- 1 md Apple; cored and
- -chopped
- 1 1/2 c Shredded cabbage
- 1/4 c Shredded carrot
- 1/4 c Thinly sliced green onion

BH&G LOW CALORIE RECIPES, SUMMER, 1986 Combine first 6 ingredients. Add
apple, stir to coat well. Stir in rest of ingredients, until evenly mixed
and coated. Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight. Makes 4
servings
