Ingredients:

2 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Light corn syrup
1/2 c Water
1 Egg white
1 ts Vanilla
3 c Coarsely chopped pecans
---Caramel Coating---
1 cn Sweetened; (14 oz.)
-condensed milk (NOT
-evaporated milk)
1 c Granulated sugar
1/2 c Light corn syrup
1/8 ts Salt
