Preheat oven to 375øF, prepare pans. Put the first four ingredients into a
bowl and mix well. Add the remaining premixed ingredients & blend until
just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12. A hearty,
healthy muffin!

1 tb Honey
1 tb Oil

1/2 c Wholemeal flour
1 c Fine cornmeal
1 c Coarse cornmeal
