Cornmeal Ham Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1/4 c Milk
- 1/4 c Oil
- 1 c Yoghurt
- 2 Eggs
- 1 c Chopped cooked ham
- 2 1/2 ts Baking powder
- 3 ts Dry mustard
- 1/2 c Coarse cornmeal
- 1 c Flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375øF, prepare pans. Put the first five ingredients into a
bowl & mix well. Mix remaining ingredients, add to wet mix until just
combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 15-20 mins. Makes 12. A very nice
savoury muffin.
