Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 1 c Cottage cheese
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 ts Flour
- 1 ds Salt
Instructions:
Whirl all ingredients in blender or food processor till smooth. Cook on
lightly greased griddle. Extremely light! Good with applesauce.
