Mix ingredients in a blender, scraping sides of blender jar with a rubber
scraper and reblending as required until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve with fresh vegetable sticks.

2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Milk
2 tb Salad dressing (mayonnaise)
2 tb Green onions, chopped
1/4 c Parsley, coarsely chopped
1/2 ts Tarragon leaves
