Cranberry Bread Pudding

Directions:

This is a recipe that my wife got from her sister via email and made. It
was great! and since email made it possible, in a way, I thought I'd try to
share it electronically.

Ingredients:

1/2 c Sugar
3 Eggs; room temp
2 Egg yolks; room temp
2 c Milk
1 c Whipping cream
1 tb Freshly grated orange peel
6 sl White bread; crusts trimmed,
-buttered on one side (I
-have used all different
-kinds of bread; from
-French to Italian)
1 c Fresh cranberries
1/3 c Water
2 tb Sugar
