Creamy Italian Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1/2 md Onion
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 2 tb Red wine vinegar
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1/2 tb Dried oregano
- 1 ds Pepper
Instructions:
1. In food processor or blender, chop onion finely. 2. Add remaining
ingredients and process 30-60 seconds until fairly smooth. 3. Refrigerate
1-2 hours before serving.
NOTES : Also great as dip for raw vegetables.
