Creamy Tofu Dressing

Ingredients:
- 1 c Firm tofu; (bean curd)
- -sliced
- 1 lg Garlic clove; minced
- 2 tb Low-sodium soy sauce;
- 1 Lemon; juice with plup
- 1/4 ts Dried leaf oregano;
- 1/4 ts Dried leaf marjoram;
- 3 tb Balsamic vinegar;
- 3 Green onions; chopped
- 1/4 c Water; about
Instructions:
Place tofu slices in a blender or a food processor fitted with the
metal blade. Add remaining ingredients and only as much water as
needed to make desired consistencey. Process until smooth. Makes 2
