Sift flour, slat, dry milk and 1/3 cup XXXX sugar. Add shortening, oleo,
vanilla and water, beat well. Stir in nuts. Shape dough into log about 1/2"
long logs. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake. While warm roll logs in
powdered sugar.
