Crockpot Barbecued Pot Roast

Ingredients:
- 2 lb Lean pot roast
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Tomato paste
- 24 Peppercorns
- 1 sm Onion, chopped
- 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Sprinkle salt over the roast & place in crock pot. Spread tomato
paste over meat; imbed peppercorns into paste; top with onions &
worcestershire sauce. Cover & cook on lOW 8- 10 hrs. Serve meat with
accumulated gravy.
