Crouton and Sumac Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 sm Head lettuce, chopped
- 1 md Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 2 md Tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 c Fresh coriander leaves
- 2 tb Chopped fresh mint
- 2 Cloves Garlic, crushed
- 3 tb Sumac
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts Pepper
- 1/4 c Olive oil
- 1 tb Lemon juice
- 1 c Plain croutons, or well
- -bread cubes
Instructions:
Thoroughly mix all ingredients except croutons. Add and serve. SOURCE:
