Seeing I haven't posted in quite a while, I thought that I would post
lowfat from the Taste of Home Lowfat Country Cooking. Out of 455 recipes I
only have 44 formatted. Plan on formatting the rest this week. Hope you all
enjoy these.
In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugars, and
syrup; beat until smooth. Chill. Serve with fruit
Serving Size: 2 Tablespoons
Calories: 65, Total Fat: 2gm, Calories from Fat: 32%, Saturated Fat: 1gm,
Cholesterol: 5mg, Sodium: 86mg, Carbohydrate: 10mg, Protein: 2gm
NOTES : Munching on fruit becomes so much more fun when there's a sweet,
creamy dip to dunk your slices in. I especially enjoy its ease of
preparation.
8 oz Light cream cheese; softened
1/2 c Nonfat sour cream
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Packed brown sugar
2 tb Maple syrup
Assorted fresh fruit
