Deb Watkins' Caramel Bars

Ingredients:
- 1 German choco cake mix, 18
- Oz
- 6 oz Choco chips
- 1 c Nuts, chopped
- 3/4 c Margarine, softened
- 50 Caramels (14 oz bag)
- 2/3 c Evap milk, divided
Instructions:
Mix together cake mix, margarine and 1/3 cup of the evaporated milk.
Put half of mixture in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6
minutes. Sprinkle with chips and nuts.
Melt caramels with other 1/3 cup milk. Drizzle caramel over mixture
in pan. Crumble remaining chocolate mixture over top and bake for 20
minutes more.
