Deep Fried Frog Legs

Ingredients:
- 24 Pairs frog legs
- 2 Well beaten eggs
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1/4 ts Cayenne
- 1/4 c Heavy cream
- 1/2 c Flour
- 1 c Fine bread crumbs
- 4 c Oil
- 1/2 c HONEY MUSTARD sauce
Instructions:
Split legs. In bowl, blend eggs, salt, cayenne & cream. Place flour &
crumbs in separate bowls. Dust legs with flour. Dip in egg mixture &
roll in crumbs. Heat oil to 375. Fry legs for 5 minutes or until
golden brown. Place on a serving tray & serve with sauce.
