Dijon Cheesesteak Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese; cubed
- 1/4 c Milk
- 1 tb Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c Green onion; sliced
- 2 tb Margarine
- 1 lb Thin roast beef slices
- 6 French bread rolls (8");
- -split
Instructions:
Combine Velveeta cheese, milk and mustard in saucepan; stir over low heat
until smooth. Saute onions in margarine. Add meat, mix lightly until
thoroughly heated. Fill rolls with meat mixture - top with sauce. Makes 6
sandwiches.
