Dijon Creme

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tb Dijon mustard
- 1 tb Lemon juice, or to taste
- 1/3 c Whipping cream
Instructions:
1. In a bowl blend together mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice.
2. In a deep bowl whip cream until soft peaks form. Fold into mayonnaise
mixture.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
