Dilled Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 c Diced cucumber
- 2 tb Sliced radishes
- 1/2 c Plain low-fat yogurt
- 2 tb Tarragon vinegar
- 1/4 ts Ground cardamon
- 1/4 ts Dill
Instructions:
Place cucumber and radishes in a bowl. In another bowl combine yogurt,
vinegar, cardamon and dill. Mix well and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate
at least 1 hour before serving. Calories: 14 per serving. Yield: 8
servings.
