Dip for Clams

Ingredients:
- 1 Scallion stalk
- 3 Or
- 4 sl Fresh ginger root
- 2 tb Soy sauce
- 1 tb Sherry
- 1 ts Peanut oil
- 3 dr Sesame oil; more or less
Instructions:
1. Mince scallion and ginger root.
2. Blend well with remaining ingredients. Serve in a dip dish.
