Dip for Poached Shrimp

Ingredients:
- 1 Or
- 2 sl Fresh ginger root
- 2 ts Sugar
- 2 ts Vinegar
- 4 tb Soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Mince ginger root; then blend well with remaining ingredients.
2. Serve in a dip dish. VARIATION: For the ginger root, substitute 1/2
teaspoon horseradish.
