Dipping Sauce for Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura

Ingredients:
- 1 c Dashi
- 1/2 c Soy sauce
- 1/2 c Mirin (sweet rice wine)
- Chili pepper
- Grated daikon
- Japanese horseradish
Instructions:
Combine in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cool and dip.
