Dipping Sauce for Spring Rolls

Ingredients:
- 2 c Rice vinegar
- 3 Cupa soy sauce
- 12 ts Sesame oil
- 12 ts Hot chili oil
Instructions:
In a small bowl combine vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and hot chili oil.
Mix thoroughly and store, tightly covered and refrigerated. Serve with
spring rolls.
