Dipping Sauce for Steamed Dumplings

Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Soy sauce
- 2 tb Ginger; finely chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic; finely
- -chopped
- 1 ts Rice vinegar
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients well and let set in the refrigerator for at least 30
minutes (the longer the better). Bring to room temperature before serving.
