Pina Colada Dip:
1/2 c Nonfat plain yogurt
1/3 c Curshed pineapple; drained
2 tb Flaked coconut
1 ts Sugar
Apricot Cream Dip:
1/2 c Nonfat yogurt or sour cream
1/3 c All fruit apricot jam
1/8 ts Almond extract
Honey Almond Dip:
2/3 c Nonfat plain yogurt
3 tb Slivered; toasted almonds,
Finely chopped
2 1/2 tb Honey
Strawberry Cream Dip:
1/2 c Sour cream or nonfat yogurt
1/4 c All fruit strawberry jam
