Dog Biscuits

Ingredients:
- ----------------------------------BISCUIT----------------------------------
- 3 1/2 c Flour
- 1 c Rye flour
- 1 c Cornmeal
- 2 c Bulgur; uncooked
- 1/2 c Dry milk
- 1 tb Salt
- 1 pk Yeast
- 2 c Chicken or beef broth
Instructions:

1 lg Egg
Combine all the biscuit ingredients. Roll very thin (about 1/8 inch thick)
& cut in desired shape. Dough will be very stiff.
Place on a baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Brush the biscuits with 1 beaten
egg.
Bake at 300F for 40-45 minutes. If crispier biscuits are desired, turn off
oven & leave the biscuits in oven for several hours.
Biscuits can be packaged into portions & then frozen.

NOTES : Wheat germ can be substituted for the bulgur.
