Donna Mills' Smoked Salmon Log

Ingredients:
- 16 oz Red salmon
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 tb Minced onion
- 1/8 ts Liquid smoke or
- -Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Cloves garlic;minced
- 1/2 c Toasted;sliced almonds
- 3 tb Parsley
Instructions:
Combine salmon,cheese,onion,liquid smoke and garlic in bowl.Shape into a
log.Mix sliced almonds and parsley.Roll log in mixture,then wrap in Plastic
wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
