Double Mango and Habanero Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 Mango
- 1 Mango, (green)
- 2 Habanero chiles; seeded and
- -chopped
- 2 Shallots; finely chopped
- 1/2 c Fresh cilantro; chopped
- 1 tb Thai fish sauce
- 1 Lime juice (fresh); one lime
- 2 ts Sugar
- 1 pn Salt
Instructions:
Peel mangoes, cut the flesh away from the seeds and slice into thin strips.
Place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Serve.
